3. How Information May Be Shared
We may share information in the following circumstances.
Concrete Service Providers
Project information may be shared with an independent concrete contractor or service provider that may be able to evaluate, estimate, schedule, or perform the requested work.
The provider that receives an inquiry may contact you regarding that request. The provider's own privacy practices may apply after it receives and independently uses the information.
Website and Business Service Providers
We use third-party services to host the website, prevent automated abuse, store inquiry records and images, and deliver email notifications. These providers may process information on our behalf as necessary to perform their services.
Current service categories include:

Business Transfers
Information may be transferred as part of a sale, assignment, reorganization, merger, or transfer of this website or related business assets. The recipient would be expected to handle the information consistently with applicable law and the privacy commitments in effect at the time of transfer.
4. Lead Referral and Compensation
This website may operate as a lead-generation, advertising, and referral service. We may receive compensation from independent service providers for advertising, referrals, access to project inquiries, website rental, or related marketing services.
Submitting a project inquiry authorizes us to use and share the information as described in this policy so that the request can be reviewed and responded to. We do not use project inquiry information for unrelated data brokerage or cross-context behavioral advertising.
Legal definitions of a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information can vary by jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits any rights that apply under applicable law.
5. Project Photographs
You may upload up to three project photographs through the inquiry form.
Uploaded images are stored in a protected cloud storage system. Access links included in authorized inquiry emails are time-limited. The stored project images are scheduled for automatic deletion after approximately 90 days.
Copies may remain temporarily in backups, security logs, email systems, or records controlled by a service provider that received the inquiry. Those copies may follow different retention schedules.
You are responsible for having the right to upload any photograph you submit. Do not upload copyrighted, confidential, or private material that is unrelated to the project.
6. Retention of Inquiry Information
Project photographs are scheduled for deletion after approximately 90 days as described above.
Other inquiry information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Respond to and manage the request
- Track whether the inquiry was delivered to a service provider
- Maintain business and operational records
- Resolve disputes
- Prevent abuse
- Comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements
Retention periods may vary depending on the information, the status of the inquiry, and applicable obligations. Information that is no longer reasonably necessary should be deleted, anonymized, or securely disposed of where practical.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The website may use technical storage, security tokens, or similar technologies that are necessary to operate the site, process forms, and prevent automated abuse.
Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical and security signals to distinguish legitimate users from automated traffic. Cloudflare's policies describe the information it processes for this purpose.
This website does not currently state that it uses advertising or remarketing cookies. If advertising, analytics, or additional tracking tools are introduced, this policy and any required consent controls should be updated before those tools are activated.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect inquiry information. These measures may include access controls, protected cloud storage, time-limited image links, anti-abuse verification, and encrypted transmission.
No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should submit only the information reasonably necessary to evaluate the project.
9. Your Choices and Requests
You may request that we:
- Confirm whether we hold information associated with your inquiry
- Correct inaccurate inquiry information
- Delete information, subject to legal, security, and recordkeeping needs
- Stop further non-required communication about the inquiry
Submit a request through the contact form and state that the message concerns a privacy request. We may need to verify enough information to locate the inquiry and confirm that the request is authorized.
We cannot control or delete copies independently retained by a concrete service provider after information has been shared with that provider. You may need to contact that provider directly.
10. Email Communications
Inquiry-related emails may be sent to confirm receipt, request additional information, or communicate about the project.
This website does not use the project inquiry form as consent for unrelated marketing emails. You may ask to stop non-essential communications by replying to the applicable message or submitting a request through the contact form.
11. Children's Privacy
This website is intended for property owners and adults seeking concrete services. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information, contact us through the contact form so the information can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.

The website may link to third-party websites, including government pages and service-provider privacy policies. We do not control their content, security, or privacy practices. Review the policies of any third-party website you visit.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when website features, service providers, data practices, or legal requirements change.
The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated through an additional website notice when appropriate.
14. Contact
